Pros

I really enjoyed my time working at Nuttersons through uni and learned loads but after I graduated I wanted to work in a bigger company that could offer more advanced training and bigger projects. Everyone in the team was really friendly and the managers were very flexible and allowed me to work part time around my uni commitments. I was paid to attend conferences which I thought was a really nice gesture seeing as I only worked part time.

Cons

Limited training opportunities and small projects which were sometimes not all that engaging.

Pros

Great place to work if you are a graduate. I worked in social media and marketing. The staff and clients were all easy to get along with. The environment is relaxed and defiantly creative. Having worked in a few creative agencies I think Nuttersons do a great job at supervising and developing their staff. I learnt so much working there in such a short space of time. I ended up leaving I was was offered a job working in house for a blue chip company. I defiantly wouldn't have got the role i am in now without the experience at Nuttersons.

Cons

There was always lots on and not enough time to do it. Sometimes I think that the owners should have said no to more projects, or not take on such massive projects. Although the office is modern the building is old and some of the radiators are a bit temperamental. It would be nice to have air conditioning in the summer.

Pros

I worked for Nuttersons part time as a web developer while at university. Nuttersons took me on with limited experience and took the time to train me up to an industry standard, they were really flexible with working hours and always worked around my university commitments. I would recommend the company to anyone, especially people who are early in their career and want to work for a company which will build their skills and confidence!

Cons

Work can some times be repetitive, but I suppose that's the same as any job.
