Our CEO is one of the nicest people I have ever met. The pay is fair, and the office environment is laid back but professional. Our medical, dental, and vision benefits are paid for by the company!!

Cons

Onboarding new reps can be difficult. Some of the jobs do not pay well, so reps are hesitant to accept them, or they ask for high travel fees. Being on the phone all day can be stressful. Reps who do not complete jobs correctly or on time can cause you a lot of grief.

NVMS has some of the best field representatives, The field representatives that do a great job and turn there work in on time or at least update us like a professional are very successful

Cons

This is the best places i have every worked. No joke, great group of people and the owners are very good to there employees
