Pros
Working with individuals who have special needs. Get a company car to drive when at work. No one looking over you and what you do. Working whenever you want with transportation.
Cons
No training even when you ask. No drug testing of supervisor’s. Not paid over time. No pay for on call days with the company phone that is required. No pay on weekends when you are working overtime hour’s. No training for any emergencies on the job. No training for body fluids and hazardous conditions. No training on individuals. No training on vehicle rules when you transfer an individual. No training on duties of your clients and your job.

Pros
Fun atmosphere. Understanding management. Company pays most health insurance cost for the employee. KPERS retirement where company pays 8.87% of your wage to your retirement and you get disability and life insurance automatically through KPERS.
Cons
Employees can get a little rowdy.
