      Pros

      At OCG+ work-life balance is really emphasized. We have unlimited PTO, and it is encouraged to use it. We also work remote which allows us to be flexible with our schedules.

      Cons

      OCG+ is a small agency, so everyone takes on a lot of responsibility. But it is also one of the most supportive teams I have worked on.

      Pros

      I have worked for OCG PR for over three years. The company is a creative strategic communication firm. It's the most diverse agency I've worked at in Texas. The CEO made a lot of changes to the team to improve the culture and expertise of the company.

      Cons

      Bad hires have resulted in a lot of turnover

      There's some turnover, but that's also expected in agency setting.
