The people are absolutely amazing, room for growth, nice recognition from management, good benefits, nice area, my boss is amazing and actually teaches. The environment is accommodating and understanding. If you mess up and own up to your mistake, everyone is willing to help. Very challenging and need to think a lot. 10/10 recommend.
Cons
Things get a little hectic and processes are still developing, but this can be a good thing too because they are willing to change what is necessary. Also, I was told about these things in my interview, so there were no surprises.
