One of the biggest strengths of the company is the opportunity for growth. They place a strong emphasis on promoting from within and investing in the talent already on the floor. Leadership does a great job identifying opportunities for employees to grow, not only in sales but in management as well.

Great culture: fun team outings, sales competitions, and open-door policy. Work-life balance: good PTO/benefits, half day Fridays in the summer, overall understanding attitude when unexpected things come up. Career growth: several paths for career growth depending on what you want to do, lots of people willing to help talk through growth. Sales: KPI's are attainable, not cold calling, training program is in depth, good bonuses.
