Glad to hear that you feel encouraged to share ideas and take ownership of projects. We do realize that our colleagues are the backbone of everything we do. I appreciate your comments on the length of some of our processes. We’re always looking for ways to improve how we work here, so I’ll pass this along to the team to factor into future updates and enhancements. It is a challenge to balance between keeping processes efficient in a growing organization and involving everyone needed. But this kind of feedback is very valuable for us.
