Pros
OMR is a great place for people who like to express themselves in different and new innovative ways. Everybody is very friendly and the office has a relaxed vibe with a good mix of small talk and work focus.
Cons
Possible downsides are some effects of OMR’s massive growth in the last years and thus in some areas missing structure and experience from both employees and management.
