A lot of space for my ideas and input. Great team and great vibes after purging toxic colleagues.

Cons

No guaranteed salary review and bonus, some management staff can be very unreasonable and demanding.

Pros

Decent office with normal office drama here and there. Majority of people are friendly and easy to work with. People are close within teams, HR seems to be working to expand the relationship between teams. Appreciate it!

Cons

Bottleneck approval process, lack of communication between certain management persons.
