Pros

The company and team takes SEO learning very seriously. There’s a lot of focus on keeping up with changes, testing new approaches, and sharing knowledge internally. It’s not just repeating the same strategies across clients. You’re exposed to different industries, which helps to better understand and apply different learnings to achieve the ideal results.

Cons

Workload is heavy, especially with multiple accounts, but the learning curve is definitely there if you want to improve as a specialist.

Pros

As an account manager, you’re expected to really understand your clients business and operations and proposing suitable solutions to help their business grow. You learn to be answerable to your own proposal to client and not just another coordinator. It can be demanding because clients move fast and expectations internally are also high. But it forces you to think more and actually advise instead of just following instructions. Team support is there, especially from backend teams like SEO and performance. If you put in the effort, you’ll learn quite a lot about different industries.

Cons

Not a place to coast, but good if you want to grow beyond basic account servicing.

Pros

This role pushed me more than my previous sales job. Expectations are high and the pace is fast, but the support is there if you’re willing to learn. Training is regular and covers more than just the service solutions we are providing. There’s a lot of focus on becoming a better salesperson overall, which I didn’t get in my last company. Earnings are transparent. Basic salary gives security, commissions are realistic, and incentives add up if you perform. It’s stressful at times, but also satisfying when targets are hit. Good place for people who want to take sales seriously and improve.

Cons

Performance is everything, you snooze you lose.
