      - Room for growth, example Coordinator to Manager, to Senior Manager, and you get experience in a variety of different accounts - Industry conferences are fun and give you the opportunity to travel - Great work environment (very casual dress code, snacks, weekly fruit basket, recognition system with prizes, young + fun team) - Amazing work/life balance (monthly work from home after 1 year, flex hours, birthday off, 5 personal days, paid office closure during holidays, seasonal team activities) - Insurance is 100% paid for by the company after working there for 2 years

      Cons

      - Training process is could be improved by making it more interactive and updating the training materials (some are pretty outdated). They do 2 weeks of intensive training followed by 1 to 2 weeks of transitions and shadowing to learn about your accounts. - Bonuses could be higher

      - Niche market so you have to learn fast, a pretty fast paced environment and could get stressful during busy seasons.
