      Pros

      This is truly a great place to work. The CEO and COO are very engaged with all employees. The environment is alway positive and hire people they want to grow the company with. Employees are encouraged to give input and ideas for the organization's success.

      Pros

      The CEO is very invested in the growth and success of his staff. He truly embodies the spirit of hard work and determination, and wants his employees to grow as the company grows. Regular office meetings are a great forum to share each others' goals and achievements.
