Great managers, great culture, good pay. Wish they didn't do so many layoffs

Layoffs are common and they overhired several years ago and have done many cuts since.

Pros

ORS Partners provides their clients with customized talent acquisition solutions that help them achieve their goals, and they do that better than any of their competitors. They succeed because they hire very talented experienced recruiters and then provide the training, tools, and support those employees need. They also have a tremendously successful training program for entry-level employees, creating talent acquisition consultants with hands-on skills and knowledge. The company places a high emphasis on teamwork and community.

Cons

Like any company in the recruiting/talent acquisition space, ORS Partners is at the mercy of the market. If companies are not hiring (or worse, if they are downsizing), it's difficult for ORS to find work for its team members to do.
