Pros
Management is extremely technical and smart. The business went through significant improvement to systems which was a game-changer. Allocation of work to team members in recent years and ticket quality is very good. Great option for eCommerce brands looking for a senior team.
Cons
OSE went through some growing pains which is natural, but all have been resolved and the business runs very well. I enjoyed my time there a lot. Great team members.

Pros
I've been working with OSE for a little while now and there a definitely a few positives that will keep me. I genuinely feel valued and that my hard work is appreciated. This was a step in the right direction for me in my career and I am really enjoying the role. The team are also great and nice people. They are also taking on board feedback from the team on how to improve the business and actively making changes. This level of proactiveness is great to see!
