      Ups and downs over the years, but has persevered. We are in a good place now.

      Pros

      Place is evolving, becoming more productive and efficient. Focus has been placed on improvements for employees. Family atmosphere with coworkers.

      Cons

      Sometimes we work a little too efficiently, a good balance and flow is needed. A lot of other cons mentioned in other reviews were problems in the past. With staff changes in key areas, and cultural development, I believe we have moved past a lot of the problems mentioned in some of the negative reviews.

      Pros

      Coworkers are like family, some you get along with great, but there are always a few that would tick you off. Place has grown, evolved over time. Steps are in place to help moral of employees and improve management through training.

      Cons

      This place has gone through changes over the years, and we had some rougher years than others. They try new things and sometimes fail. We sometimes get the wrong person for the job

      Pros

      Working with a dedicated and resourceful employees who really care about the company is what motivates me day to day. We produce an excellent product that makes people's homes beautiful and efficient. The pride in producing that product is evident every day by all OakCraft employees.

      We put in a lot of work to produce the best quality product.
