      The exposure to the financial environment and industry is phenomenal. Ethics, hard work and commitment is part of our DNA and we pride ourselves in empowering individuals. We will not stand for or allow dishonest and unethical individuals to taint our vision, those individuals who seek to do so only make us stronger in our commitment to eradicate the scourge from the financial industry.

      Cons

      Working hours can be extended, however we find ourselves in trying times and continue to fulfill our commitment to our investors. Our efforts are surely in the best interest of our clients.

      Having worked at Oasis for more than 10 years has been an important part of my life and career. The group has given me the opportunity and privilege to be part of their development in South Africa and Globally. And I will always be thankful to the Directors and respect each one of them as extremely principled and professional businessman. I will always recommend Oasis not only as an investment manager but as an employer of choice since the group strives for excellence.

      The group expects colleagues to be at their best and to deliver the highest quality standards. Staff will be successful in this environment if they are excellence oriented, energy driven and professional in their day to day.
