The current work environment is amazing: People focused on making things great and striving to improve every day. I had the possibility of learning so much and also to develop my career within the company from an entry-level position to a current management position. There is room to leave your footprint and a fast-paced environment that keeps it interesting and stimulating every day.

Cons

As a startup company, there will be times that things are challenging and it is needed tolerance to frustration and at times working a bit more than your regular 9 to 5 job, however, it is rewarding at the end of the day.
