Great leadership from the top! They do not micro-manage and they give their employees the tools to accomplish their tasks. I have been blessed to watch the enormous growth of this company during my time and I feel excited going to work everyday to find out the next step in our journey. They take very good care of thier employees including a profit sharing program as well as an amazing Christmas bonus. Everyone in the company gets 200.00 for thier families for Christmas! Everyone, including the owners and Senior Management are easy to reach and genuinely care about the issues faced by the staff as well as the clients.
Cons
The client territories are large and this makes for a challenge sometimes to handle issues, however, it is a common challenge of the business. They have always been extremely understanding when multiple issues come up at the same time and everyone pitches in to make sure the client is taken care of.
