1. Great benefits 2. Good team of people and support each other 3. Exposed to process chemistry and large scale reactions- always new things to learn 4. We have monthly gatherings like put lock, taco bar, birthday celebration, and several outings through-out the year.

Cons

The only con is it is fast paced environment, and sometimes have to put extra hours to reach the desired goal. Multi tasking and efficiency is a must. All of this is also a good thing for personal development and career advancement.
