      Pros

      I've worked at Obviouslee for a couple of years and have enjoyed my time here so far! The leadership is very supportive and they support their employees with a great work/life balance and excellent benefits and great team members that help support you and your goals.

      Cons

      There aren't many negative aspects of working at Obviouslee, except that it's a fairly small company so mobility can take some time. With that being said management almost always advocates for their employees.

      Pros

      Obviouslee has a people first mentality that shines through all aspects of the company. It's meaningful for me to work for a company that cares about the individuals on the team, more than just the work they do. From the fun get-togethers to the collaboration and the virtual connects, it's cool to really enjoy the people I get to work with every day!

      Cons

      Everyone works hard, and to the best of their ability - I don't see this as a con, but it does mean that it's important that each person contributes.

      Couldn't Be Better

      Pros

      After getting burned by agency world a few times, I swore it off. Lee finally tricked me into working with OM a few years ago and I really couldn't be happier. We really are the un-agency agency. - My voice is heard and valued - We really care about employee contentment and mental health - I am given the authority to make real time decisions to better do my job - I am given the tools I need to accomplish my VERY ambitious goals

      Cons

      Ooff. This is hard. I think from time to time we are slow to make company decisions BECAUSE we listen to everyone. I will say we have gotten much better there over the last couple years.
