      Pros

      The owners make everyone accountable and share in the rewards with perks weekly, quarterly and yearly. Employees are treated with respect and valued. Clients are treated well. It's not always about profit.. it's about doing what's right. Quality is crucial.

      During busy times, hours can sometimes be long.
