      Amazing leadership, competitive salary, meaningful role, and a fantastic culture.

      Cons

      No parking on site but employees did receive a parking stipend to cover the high cost of parking in downtown Indianapolis

      Progressive, forward-thinking company culture. Rockstar leadership. Supportive work environment. Working at Octiv will change how you view work, and will spoil you forever.
