Pros

Fantastic coworkers, they bring such joy to the workplace. Management knows the value of development speed and takes a bit of risk to get us there. Not much politics. Good tech, easy to get things done. Great work life balance.

Cons

Seasonal downsizing. Uncertain future. Below average compensation: uses data from Mercer which confuses everyone, since Norway uses Tekna statistics as baseline for what you're compensated. Understandable given the company financial situation which is terrible.

Not profitable, a lot of downscaling since fall of 2022
