      Pros

      The Engineering team is very professional and friendly. Unlimited Vacation policy and 1 month free vacation after 5 years are a very nice benefit. The office is great and in a good location. A lot of nice food places around. Good Work/life balance excluding overall. The system is very stable overall and we almost never had to work on weekends due to issues, maybe once a year at most.

      Cons

      Even so the work/life balance is overall good, from time to time there is some pressure with deadlines. And I think that the compensation should be better aligned to the market.
