Pros
- My design skills and inventive nature is encouraged - Pay is good - I am never board - I'm treated as a designer and my input and ideas are valued all the way to top management - I work with a brilliant team, smartest people I have ever worked with
Cons
- Fast pace & challenging is not for everyone - Sometimes there is pressure to meet deadlines - Lots of projects to chose from, sometimes hard to stay focused as they are all so interesting. Sometimes I get reminded what my priority is and to do that before I look at other things.
