Since coming on board I have had tons of support and intercompany assistance when it comes to working for this group. I am able to reach out to other managers at other locations and work together to get things accomplished. Lot of different brands and locations to work with.
Cons
Not really a con - big on working til the job gets done, no matter the hours. So if you are efficient and a team player who doesn't mind going the extra mile to get a win, then you'll be comfortable here. If you are not a team player, and are looking for an easy ride or paycheck, this group probably isn't for you.
