Very knowledgeable engineers on staff that will take considerable amounts of their time to teach young engineers. Never have down time because there is constant work. Small office so all employees get along well and know one another. Pay is great and competitive with the larger companies.

The benefits could be better. The office could use some brightening up (interior decorator).
