      A really great place to start

      Pros

      There are some really good people here and the company has no problem hiring right out of high school. You can make a career here as a machinist and be set for life.

      Cons

      Work flow is often at one extreme or the other. Sometimes you’ll have nothing to do, other times managers will be begging for parts and everything is a high priority.

      Team concept, new technology, enjoy working with my peers and management. We are empowered and I've learned alot about machining industry. Machinists are great!

      Too busy, not enough time in day.
