      Pros

      We have an exceptional support team our executive leadership team takes the time to listen to their employees feedback and they demonstrate that it matters. I have been able to maintain a work life balance and grow professionally within my time here. OmniEngine fulfills my desire to keep a student mentality and to learn about new processes and procedures. It has assisted me with thinking outside of the box. The people here really make a positive impact in my life professionally and personally.

      Cons

      If you are someone that does not do well with change, OmniEngine is not the best fit for you. We are continuously working with new projects or looking for other ways to achieve desired results.

      Pros

      The culture at OmniEngine encourages professional and personal development. This results in constantly learning new skills and opportunities for career progression. There have been many examples of sole contributors growing into leadership roles and if you take advantage of working closely with executive leadership, there is amazing mentorship that can come from it.

      Cons

      The company has a startup mindset. Change is a constant and so is the occasional need to pivot accordingly. This is less prevalent lately since teams are getting more structured and processes are better defined/proven. Individuals who need a more established corporate structure may struggle to embrace building things out further.
