Omniplex Learning’s people are its true asset, they make it a fantastic place to work. I really appreciate that my role is remote based but with opportunity to socialise by visiting the office, team meet ups and socials. My manager is very supportive and Omniplex Learning has offered additional training to help with my career development.

Cons

I don’t have any! From the interview process to my first day and beyond I’ve been happy working here.

I really enjoy working at OL. The team I work in is a strong, supportive team and a manager who genuinely cares about our development. Support comes from all levels of the business, and the teams I work with collaborate well and are driven to achieving great results. I’ve also been able to progress in my career here, which has been really rewarding.

Cons

OL could continue to focus on listening to employees and maintaining an “employee at heart” mindset as it grows, to ensure the culture remains strong as it is now.
