Pros
Probably the best interview process I've ever had. Each stage was clearly structured and they were incredibly responsive throughout the process. Onboarding is smooth and well structured as well. Even though Omnipresent is a young start-up they put a lot of care into their employee experience and processes.
Cons
None that I can see so far. Like any start-up expect a fast-paced working environment but this is to be expected in their current growth phase and is completely manageable.
