      Pros

      Employees input is taken seriously. Employee recognition via reward systems and shout outs during company meetings. Leadership and Management are very good overall. Cultural fit is important and makes for a good environment between coworkers. Company is growing and currently headed in right direction.

      Cons

      Technical staff shortages can causee some days to be hectic. Internal technical tools are lacking as technology is customer focused.

      Pros

      Great work environment, they don't expect you to live and die at your desk, very interested in your feedback and overall happiness as you get started in your new position. Strong benefits and competitive pay. Management are very personable and talented. The company has the resources of a large company with the flexibility of a smaller company.

      Cons

      Wish benefits started first day but nothing else comes to mind. Benefits are great and worth waiting the 30 days.
