- Challenging employers. Will cause you to grow emotionally, mentally, and skill-wise - considerate - Expected salary might be met - Growing company - Accommodating (inhouse and stay in provided by the company)
Cons
- Confining (due to covid restriction in 2020-2022, they've provided accommodation but it might make an individual feel confined - Task are continuously given yet no monetary compensation or growth. - tasks are given as 1:5 - Sanctions are given depends on how the management feels
