      Pros

      One Manchester has come in for some flack on this website but it's a great place to work if you're prepares to perform and do your job. The sector is very challenging but I think the leadership team at OM is good at navigating the challenges.

      It's hard work but so is anything worth doing

      Senior leaders genuinely want to listen to staff and provide the best service for customers. All staff are encouraged to have a voice and have their opinions heard.

      The company is still in a period of change so many staff are under a lot of pressure.
