Pros
I’ve been here for a number of years now in product development, and while it’s not always been easy, it’s definitely been worth it. It’s a demanding place with high expectations, fast pace, and very little hand-holding, however, if you’re someone who likes autonomy and can get things done, it’s an environment where you’ll definitely be trusted and can thrive.
Hard work definitely gets noticed here and I’ve been given real responsibility and have grown a lot, both professionally and personally. But, I’ve also witnessed people struggle when they’re not aligned with the culture. If you need structure or constant guidance, this probably isn’t the right place.
For me, it’s a 5 star experience because it matches how I have always liked to work. I’d recommend it to people who are genuinely self-driven and comfortable being challenged.

A sink or swim mentality which works for me but others may find a struggle if they are used to having their hand held.
