      Thank you for your input. We are currently in a growth trend with the addition of several new positions. The company has incorporated an employee development program and we’ve celebrated some recent promotions, including cross-functional training followed by promotion. We also have a tuition assistance policy to support the ongoing development of our employees.

      Pros

      Working at a company on the leading edge of healthcare (pharmacogenomics) is exhilarating. The team is top notch and every day we take on a new problem.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any cons working for OneOme. The flexibility provided by management will accommodate nearly anyone.
