Pros
The team and culture are outstanding. Everyone is eager to support one another and collaborate to deliver a stellar product. The company offers great flexibility with remote work from anywhere, which creates an inclusive and adaptable environment. There is also a high level of autonomy as you are trusted to own your projects and contributions. This makes your voice matter and gives you a real sense of driving change and success.
Cons
If you don't like an entrepreneurial environment and prefer more structured and larger structures and teams with many layers in hierarchy, this might not be the place for you.

Pros
Great and helpful co-workers. A sense of independence because management trusts you to get your work done, but will work with you individually to help resolve work items. Good pay. Encouraging signs of growth in the company.
Cons
Benefits (PTO, 401k) aren't the best.
