      Pros

      Profit share bonuses, one week vacation time the first day you start, great people to work with, laid back environment that gets the job done, great schedule if you like to get in earlier and get out early (6:00-2:30pm) leaving you with a good chunk of the day left and monthly company lunch that never fails.

      Cons

      Communication could be better amongst all levels.

      Oneida Air Systems is a family-owned manufacturer in Syracuse NY. Our products lead the industry in quality and innovation. The owners are hands-on and care very deeply for the employees and the work environment. The culture is team-focused, and everyone readily lends a hand to move projects and the company forward. There's very much the feeling of the employees being part of a large, extended family. Great people, great culture, and the pride of manufacturing and delivering world-class products to our customers -- all right here in Syracuse.
