The culture is headed in the right direction between the Technology and Commercial teams. The company is focused on building the data platform and using emerging technologies like NLP and AI. There are many opportunities to roll up your sleeves and do different things. Christine and her leadership team (Sagran, Amy) are working together to drive the organization's culture in the right direction.

Cons

Evolving business needs and frequent changes result in a shift in direction more often than the teams can handle.
