Pros

The culture and team aspects of Onvia are very well established now. Management is transparent and there are weekly 1x1 meetings throughout the entire organization. Client Success especially is in full stride with zero turnover in nearly a year. The problems of the past are gone and the company is set to grow. Benefits are strong, compensation is fair, and the perks are great. Growth opportunities within the organization are present.

Cons

The coffee game is a little weak (currently Keurig only). Parking downtown can be difficult and the transportation subsidy only covers part of an ORCA card. Lunch options nearby are not inexpensive.
