The company has gone through a lot of changes. They are constantly adapting to the industry’s needs, which has built more trust from both the employees and clients they work with.
Cons
There are some colleagues who have a hard time adapting to the changes, which leads to some challenges when working with them. If we weren’t remote it’d be a lot easier.
