Pros

OpFocus is led by a team who cares for the success and professional development of each team member. As a smaller Salesforce consulting partner, it is easy to get to know your colleagues even in a completely remote environment, and everyone is approachable and wants to work together to ensure the work environment is as rewarding as possible.

Cons

OpFocus is growing quickly while keeping overhead reasonably lean. This means that while leadership knows what they need to do to scale teams and infrastructure, there are often not enough hours in the day to get everything done.
