Pros
Open Dealer Exchange has made Employee satisfaction & work life balance their focus. They want employees to feel appreciated, this manifests in ways ranging from lunches catered in, fun events, positive office culture and -importantly- willingness to LISTEN to employee feedback/ concerns. They really do walk the walk.
Cons
The company is divided into 3 business units, so the top-down messaging isn't always the same. if the CEO/ GM issues a directive that has some leeway to it (such as WFH vs WFO expectations) one business unit may see that implemented differently than another. So your experience will vary based on which business unit you are in.
