OpenAirlines mission has a very positive impact on the environment and the planet. OpenAirlines people are passionate, very talented, kind, enthusiastic with a lot of empathy. OpenAirlines works for its customers and cherish its employees. OpenAirlines trusts its employees, let them take a lot of initiative, have an impact on the daily activity and make them grow in the company and as a person. OpenAirlines offices are based in the city center which is very convenient to have other activities, enjoy restaurants & bars and easily accessible with public transportation or bikes.
Cons
The objectives of the company are high and the working rythm can be demanding. Due to the size of the company, extra compensations or material benefits are more limited than a big company group from the industry.

- Caring environment, people are always willing to help. The ambiance at work is good with very good values, and many activities after work. - Everyone can share his/her point of view. - Helping people to grow through trainings, conferences is a key objective at OpenAirlines.
Cons
People are so implicated that their work life balance may not be so balanced. Even if management is pushing for this balance.
