      Pros

      It was a great place to learn do experiments, fail and learn more. Very openminded and creative team. Very good resources and great people

      Cons

      At the time, not many Archviz artists to share the 3D knowledge.

      Pros

      They are hungry for new business and trying new things. It is a small, close knit atmosphere and pleasant to work in.

      Cons

      They are small and it just takes time to build a solid financial footing. Its been years since I worked there and I'm sure they are quite solid now.

      Backed up when school/agency contract collapsed, fully after persuasion. Paid quickly without incident when not being tricked by a hotel

      Cons

      Transferred a complaining self-indulgent co-teacher leading to a collapse in the employee trust at the workplace
