      The people I work with are genuine and real (no B.S.), radical transparency that comes with OpenInvest's Bridgewater DNA aligns well with open feedback looping with your peers, technology and product features serve a real need for ESG solutions within the RIA market

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con but OpenInvest is a start-up and it feels like things move very quickly here so be prepared to adapt and evolve with the current surge in demand for ESG and values investing

      This company actively practices the wisdom found in Radical Candor from top to bottom throughout the organization. I always feel like I know what is going on within the company and that gives me a lot of peace of mind. There is also exceptional growth in the field of ESG investment that becomes an internal energy that we use to drive towards success as a business.

      At first the transparency took a while to get used too.
