      Amazing working culture and good flexibility

      Pros

      I had really good time working at OpenLearning, it has really good working culture, nice colleagues and flexible working settings, one can work remotely. Working at OL is also rewarding because people always appreciate your work and your effort.

      Not much clear instruction and resources when it comes to career development

      Pros

      Great team of smart, friendly people that truly believe in their product. Lots of support for new joiners. Fairly flat structure, which is refreshing - everyone can have a seat at the table and feel heard. Open to flexible work arrangements. The product itself stands out among other e-learning platforms due to its complex and innovative toolset, and focus on social learning experiences.

      Cons

      Not a con per se, but worth mentioning that being part of a small(ish) team you might find yourself wearing several hats. For someone at the beginning of their career this can actually be very empowering and contribute to rapid growth and learning.
