Pros

Professional Services leadership as well as the CEO are genuine and thoughtful people who support their people and have their heads in the right place. You get a consistent experience from all manager via thoughtful planning and organization from Talent/HR Departments. It's a great place to level up and understand the SPM space as a whole.

Cons

Sales are extremely inconsistent causing instability.

1) Management wants you to be successful and therefore work with you 2) Their senior leader in India is there from the beginning of their company and he ensures you are successful and always available to support you 3) Salary and benefits are competitive 4) Exposure is great among all the SPM companies Corns: none as per my experience
