Pros

Despite having grown rapidly and gone through rough times, the culture is people focused. Individuals and their needs are considered at length and there is low tolerance for the proverbial **** swinging. People want to do good.

Cons

Occasionally frantic with growth, people do their best to support but business can go past busy to mayhem, which is taxing in the long run.
