Pros
People are friendly and helpful. Work is challenging and satisfaction is high. Lots of autonomy to make changes. Good dynamic among teams and across company. Everyone pitches in.
Cons
Small company.. sometimes lack of resources. Corporate communication needs improvement. Work really hard and long hours not compensated with a "thank you"... it is almost expected.

Pros
People and management are nice and i has been comfortable to work with. Very good balance between job and life. Supervisors are very reasonable and do not push beyond reason. Company is very reponsive to the customer request and often times receive positive feedback from customers
Cons
Salary compensation is less competitive. Management could be more efficient in business decisions. Sometimes information or message is not delivered to every person who needs to recieve.
